Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order containing the instrument you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the instrument in its original hardshell case or box, ensuring all cables and components are included, then place it inside a protective shipping carton.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition and functionality, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
